Doug has served with the Carthage Police Department since 1980 and has been a Sergeant since 1984. He is currently the Commander of B-Shift as well as the department's Traffic Accident Investigator and Radar Instructor. Doug enjoys spending time with his family and doing volunteer work at his church.
